1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Fidbek service, SDK, dashboard, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Fidbek provides an in-app feedback and bug reporting SDK for mobile applications. Our SDK integrates with React Native, Flutter, Expo, and native iOS/Android platforms, enabling end-users to submit bug reports, feedback, and improvement suggestions directly from within your application.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to: reverse engineering the SDK, using the Service for illegal purposes, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, transmitting malicious code, or exceeding rate limits. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all feedback data, bug reports, and user-submitted content collected through our SDK. Fidbek acts as a data processor on your behalf. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than providing the Service.
6. Billing and Payments
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. All fees are quoted in US dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. If payment fails, your account may be downgraded to the free tier.
7. Service Level and Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Fidbek dashboard and API. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from force majeure events.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fidbek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
