Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and company name. If you sign up via Google or GitHub, we receive your profile information from those providers.
SDK Data
Our SDK collects feedback content, screenshots, device information (OS version, device model, screen size), app version, and network status. This data is transmitted to your Fidbek workspace on your behalf.
Usage Data
We collect anonymized analytics about how you interact with the Fidbek dashboard, including pages visited, features used, and session duration.

4. Data Processing Role
For feedback data collected through the SDK from your end-users, Fidbek acts as a data processor. You (the customer) remain the data controller and are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent and legal basis for collecting feedback from your users.
5. Data Storage and Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Our infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2 Type II certified cloud providers. We implement role-based access controls, regular security audits, and automated vulnerability scanning.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Feedback data is retained according to your workspace settings. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days from our primary systems and within 90 days from backup systems.
7. Third-Party Services
We use a limited number of third-party services to operate Fidbek, including cloud hosting, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and analytics. Each third-party provider is vetted for compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
8. Your Rights
